Sebanyak 347 Kepala Sekolah SD, dan SMP Negeri, serta Pengawas Sekolah dilantik di Gedung Tegar Beriman, Cibinong, Kamis (29\/12).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Iwan menjelaskan, tantangan dunia pendidikan semakin kompleks. Di tengah kondisi yang rawan gejolak dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi, institusi pendidikan dituntut untuk lebih adaptif dan inovatif agar dapat menciptakan manajemen sekolah yang profesional dan pola pengajaran yang efektif dan berkualitas. Terlebih dengan diberlakukannya Kurikulum Merdeka, seluruh stakeholder pendidikan harus segera menyesuaikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cKepala sekolah selain bertanggung jawab atas penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan, administrasi sekolah, pembinaan tenaga kependidikan lainnya, pendayagunaan dan pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana, juga harus mampu menjadi teladan dan inspirasi dalam pembentukan karakter siswa di lingkungan sekolah,\u201d jelas Iwan Setiawan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>adapun Pengawas Sekolah berperan penting untuk mengontrol, menilai dan mengevaluasi jalannya proses pendidikan sebagai penggerak dalam meningkatkan sumber daya pendidik dan peserta didik sehingga proses pendidikan berlangsung kondusif dan efektif, serta menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkualitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cInsya Allah, saya yakin yang hari ini dilantik merupakan orang-orang terpilih yang mampu membuat terobosan inovatif untuk kemajuan pendidikan dan mencetak generasi penerus bangsa yang cerdas, berkarakter, berdaya saing dan berakhlak mulia,\u201d kata Iwan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hadir mendampingi Bupati Bogor, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM), jajaran Pemkab Bogor, Anggota DPRD Kabupaten Bogor beserta perwakilan Forkopimda.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bogorsportif-Bupati Bogor, Iwan Setiawan melantik Kepala Sekolah Dasar (SD) negeri, Kepala Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) negeri, dan Pengawas Sekolah di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bogor.
