Persada Pamunah Limbah Industri (PPLI) kembali menggelar diskusi bersama Aliansi Jurnalis Peduli Lingkungan (AJPLI) Bogor Raya tentang bahaya limbah mercury. Kegiatan yang dihadiri puluhan awak media ini berlangsung di di jalan Gor Pakansari, Kelurahan Nanggewer, Kecamatan Cibinong, Kabupaten Bogor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengusung tema &#8220;limbah industri Versus limbah domestik&#8221; Menjadi diskusi hangat antara PPLI dan AJPLI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Public Relations (PR) DAN Legal PT. PPLI , Arum Pusposari mengatakan sulitnya mengurai limbah mercury bahkan berdampak kepada kesehatan terutama wanita hamil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Analis menyebutkan sulit memulihkan limbah mercury bahkan hingga berratus-ratus tahun bisa pulih normal lagi, ada pernah kejadian dijepang tenyata orang jepang suka makan ikan dan Ternayata ikan tercemar limbah mercury mengakibatkan kelahiran cacat,&#8221; kata Arum<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk itu, masih kata Arum dibutuhkan kerja sama untuk mensosialisakikan polemik tersebut agar sampai ke masyarakat luas, terlebih kepada perusahan perusahaan yang sampai saat ini membuang limbah B3 tidak sesuai aturan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Limbah B3 merkuri adalah limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun yang mengandung merkuri (Hg). Merkuri adalah logam berat yang sangat beracun bagi manusia dan lingkungan,&#8221; jelasnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara itu, salah satu Pengurus di AJPLI, Usep Saripudin juga membeberkan masukannya pada diskusi tersebut. Menurutnya, Di Kabupaten Bogor sendiri saat ini baru PPLI yang terintegrasi bisa memusnahkan libah B3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dampak limbah B3 merkuri Kerusakan saraf dan organ, Penurunan IQ pada anak-anak, Kerusakan sistem syaraf, Kerusakan janin dalam kandungan, Kerusakan jaringan tubuh.<br>Pengelolaan limbah B3 merkuri<br>Menggunakan teknologi insinerator Rotary Kiln yang ramah lingkungan<br>Mengurangi massa atau volume limbah<br>Menghancurkan patogen berbahaya<br>Menangani sisa bottom ash dan fly ash secara bertanggung jawab<br>Setiap orang yang menghasilkan limbah B3 wajib melakukan pengelolaan limbah B3,&#8221; ucapnya<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bogorsportif &#8211; PT.
