{"id":5142,"date":"2025-02-28T16:21:01","date_gmt":"2025-02-28T09:21:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/?p=5142"},"modified":"2025-02-28T16:21:02","modified_gmt":"2025-02-28T09:21:02","slug":"satpol-pp-kabupaten-bogor-kembali-sita-ribuan-botol-miras","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/28\/satpol-pp-kabupaten-bogor-kembali-sita-ribuan-botol-miras\/","title":{"rendered":"Satpol PP Kabupaten Bogor Kembali Sita Ribuan Botol Miras"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Bogorsportif<\/strong> &#8211; Sebanyak 8.130 botol minuman keras dari berbagai merek diangkut Satpol PP Kabupaten Bogor dalam razia penyakit masyarakat yang digelar pada Rabu (26\/2\/2025) malam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Operasi dengan target minuman keras (miras) tanpa izin menyasar empat wilayah, yakni Kecamatan Cibinong, Kecamatan Gunung Putri, Kecamatan Cileungsi, dan Kecamatan Ciseeng.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selretaris Satpol PP Kabupaten Bogor, Anwar Anggana menjelaskan, razia pekat digelar seseuai Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bogor nomor 4 tahun 2015 tentang Ketertiban Umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu mengacu pada Peraturan Bupati Bogor nomor 81 tahun 2021 tentang Tata cara Tindakan Penertiban Pelanggaran Peraturan Daerah dan\/atau Peraturan Bupati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Razia pekat dibagi menjadi 4 tim, dalam kegiatan ini Satpol PP menggandeng unsur TNI, Polisi, Disdagin dan kejaksaan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anwar menjelaskan, razia dimulai pukul 19.00 hingga 01.00 WIB atau selama enam jam. Petugas gabungan yang sudah dibagi menjadi empat tim, bergerak ke wilayah sasaran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tim 1 dengan tujuan wilayah Ibu Kota Kabupaten Bogor yaitu Cibinong, mendatangi toko Lanny di Jalan Raya Mayor Oking Jaya Atmaja, Kelurahan Ciriung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Di toko tersebut petugas berhasil mengamankan minuman keras sebanyak 5.301 botol dalam berbagai merek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tim 2 yang menargetkan wilayah Kecamatan Ciseeng, berhasil membawa pulang 313 botol miras berbagai merek di sebuah toko yang diketahui milik Ibu Eni,&#8221; ungkap Anwar Anggana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kemudian tim 3, kata dia melanjutkan, juga diberi tugas di wilayah ibu kota. Tim ini menyambangi tiga toko dan berhasil mengangkut ratusan botol miras dari berbagai merek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebarannya, dari toko kelontong Valentino di Jalan Raya Al fallah, Cikaret, jumlah miras yang diamankan 440 botol dari berbagai merek,<br>Toko Jaya di Jalan Raya Jakarta Bogor KM41 Kelurahan Pabuaran didapat sebanyak 1.797 botol miras, dan dari toko kelontong Candra di kawasan Terminal Cibinong sekitar 18 botol miras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara pergerakab razia tim 4 di Kecamatan Cileungsi dan Gunung Putri terindikasi sudah bocor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebab saat petugas bergerak ke Cileungsi, toko-toko yang menjadi target sudah dalam keadaan tutup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petugas punnmelanjutkan kegiatan di wilayah Gunung Putri. Tiga toko disambangi di wilayah tersebut. Yakni Toko Trio dengan jumlah miras yang diamankan 2 botol, 70 botol dari Toko Septian, dan dari Toko Riandi senamyak 189 botol miras dari berbagai merek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Total 261 botol miras didapat di wilayah Gunung Putri. Secara keseluruhan, miras yang diamankan dalam razia pekat Rabu malam, berjumlah 8.130 botol dari berbagai merek,&#8221; jelas Anwar Anggana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anwar pun menyampaikan saat razia dilakukan terjadi perlawanan dari pemilik toko ketika dagangannya akan diamankan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Namun dapat ditangani.
