Yang pertama kita bikin safety slogan competition untuk membangun kesadaran karyawan akan pentingnya keselamatan kerja,&#8221; Kata Manager K3, Agus Kartiwan di sela-sela apel tim emergency response PPLI, Senin 12 Februari 2024 kemarin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Departemen K3 PPLI juga membuat penilaian setiap departemen yang ada di perusahaan milik perusahaan asal negeri Sakura Jepang, DOWA Ecosystem Co. ltd tersebut dalam menerapkan keselamatan kerja. &#8220;Apakah ada kecelakaan kerja, pelanggaran keselamatan, ada berapa safety reminder di rilis oleh departemen terkait. Semua dinilai,&#8221; tuturnya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada Januari, lanjut Agus, pihaknya juga melakukan audit internal di semua departemen lalu diumumkan departemen yang memiliki performa terbaik dalam pelaporan terkait insiden yang terjadi, temuan, penanganan, dan lain-lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" src=\"https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-840\" srcset=\"https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023-1536x1152.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/bogorsportif.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/IMG-20240213-WA0023.jpg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Sedangkan terkait kesehatan kerja, PPLI melakukan kegiatan donor darah rutin. &#8220;Selain itu dilakukan General Check up bagi seluruh karyawan guna memastikan seluruh karyawan dalam kondisi kesehatan yang baik,&#8221; terangnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disinggung mengenai fasilitas K3 yang dimiliki PPLI, Agus menjelaskan semua sudah dimiliki mulai dari fire engine, fire truck, ambulance rescue, sprinkler, ring boy, dan berbagai alat emergency lainnya. &#8220;APAR (alat pemadam api ringan) dan alarmpun sebagai alat antisipasi serta pengingat awal terhadap potensi kebakaran tersedia di seluruh kawasan PPLI,&#8221;jelas Agus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dikatakannya PPLI juga melakukan management review untuk sistem K3 yaitu ISO 45001, tentang lingkungan di ISO 14001 dan quality management system untuk ISO 9001. &#8220;Kita targetkan tahun 2024 ini kami bisa zero accident, zero LTI (Lost Time Injury), zero fatality, zero MTI (Medical Time Injury), zero spill, dan zero fire,&#8221;tukasnya.
